What this template does

This template runs the research and writing half of outbound end to end. Starting from your site and a description of who buys, Sprites defines two or three ICP segments, lists the trigger events that make an account worth contacting now, researches the named accounts you give it (or proposes a list from web research), and writes a multi-touch sequence per segment with a personalized opener for each account.

Sending stays with your team. Sprites does not email prospects or run sequences on your behalf; it hands you copy, research notes and a per-account personalization line to paste into the sequencer or CRM you already use. The point is to remove the two hours of research and drafting that sit before every good cold email, not to replace the tool that sends it.

Because Sprites also runs paid channels, the same ICP work feeds ads. The pains and phrases it finds for the sequence are the same ones a LinkedIn or Google campaign should lead with, and the team that approves the emails can launch the ads from the same workspace.

Inputs and outputs

What you provide

  • Your website and a sentence on who buys and why
  • A list of target accounts or the criteria for one: industry, size, geography, tech stack
  • The call to action: a demo, a reply, a resource, a meeting link
  • Optional: past emails that got replies, and the objections your team hears most

What you get

  • ICP segments with the trigger events and pains that justify a message now
  • A research note per named account: what they do, recent changes, the hook to lead with
  • A four to six touch sequence per segment with subject lines and one ask per email
  • A personalization line per account, ready to drop into the first touch
  • Objection responses for the replies your team is most likely to get

How it runs

  1. Step 1

    Define the ICP

Sprites reads your site, your case studies and your pricing, and proposes segments with the reasons each one buys and the moment they are most likely to act.

  2. Step 2

    Research the accounts

For each account you name, Sprites searches the web for recent news, hiring, product launches and public statements, and writes the one detail worth referencing.

  3. Step 3

    Write the sequences

Drafts a sequence per segment: a short first touch built on the pain, follow-ups that each add proof or a new angle, and a break-up email.

  4. Step 4

    Prepare the replies

Writes responses to the common objections, from "we already use X" to "not a priority", so the rep can answer in minutes with the right proof point.

  5. Step 5

    Hand off to the team

You review the package, edit tone and claims, and load it into your sequencer or CRM. Share reply data later and Sprites rewrites the weak touches.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sprites send the outreach or just write it?

+

It writes it. Sprites produces the ICP research, account notes, sequences and objection responses; your team sends from its own sequencer or CRM. Sprites does not email prospects, run sequences or automate replies on your behalf.

Where does the personalization come from?

+

From web research on each account you name: recent news, job posts, product changes, executive quotes and reviews. Sprites picks the one detail that supports the pain the email leads with and writes it as a single line, so the opener reads like someone did the homework.

Can it build the account list too?

+

It can propose one from web research when you give it criteria, and it will research any list you upload as a spreadsheet or link from Google Drive. Sprites does not have a contact database, so verified emails and phone numbers come from your own data provider.

How does this connect to ads?

+

The same ICP segments and pains drive campaigns. Ask Sprites to build a LinkedIn Ads campaign to the account list or a Google Ads campaign on the problem keywords it found, and it stages the campaign in your account for approval before anything spends.

Can I run this from Claude or ChatGPT?

+

Yes. Sprites ships an official MCP server, so the same research and writing runs from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP-compatible assistant, using the same integrations and approval gates as the Sprites app.

Does it replace an outbound agency?

+

For the research and copy, yes; that is most of what an outbound agency bills for. Your team keeps the sending and the conversations, which is where the relationship is built anyway.
