What this template does

This template writes an outreach campaign the way a good SDR manager would brief it: one segment at a time, one pain per sequence, one ask per email. Sprites reads your site and the audience you describe, finds the language that audience already uses in reviews, forums and job posts, and writes a sequence that leads with that language instead of your feature list.

You get the campaign as copy, not as sent mail. Sprites does not send email or run sequences; it produces subject lines, bodies, follow-ups and A/B variants that you paste into whichever tool your team sends from. Come back with open and reply rates and Sprites rewrites the touches that underperformed while keeping the ones that worked.

The output is built for testing. Every first touch ships with two subject lines and two openers so the first send doubles as an experiment, and the follow-ups are written to stand alone, so a prospect who missed the first email still understands the second.

Inputs and outputs

What you provide

  • Who the campaign targets: role, industry, company size, and the trigger that makes them relevant now
  • What you are offering and the single action you want back
  • Your site or product page, so the claims match what you actually sell
  • Optional: previous campaigns with their reply rates, and any compliance constraints on tone or claims

What you get

  • A one-paragraph angle per segment: the pain, the proof and the promise the sequence is built on
  • A four to six touch sequence with subject lines, bodies under 120 words and a single ask each
  • Two subject line and two opener variants for the first touch
  • A break-up email and a re-engagement email for prospects who replied and went quiet
  • Notes on sending: cadence between touches and what to change if replies stall

How it runs

  1. Step 1

    Pin the angle

Sprites reads your site and researches how the audience describes the problem in its own words, then proposes the angle each segment should hear first.

  2. Step 2

    Draft the sequence

Writes the first touch and follow-ups, each adding a new reason to reply: a proof point, a relevant example, a short question, then a polite close.

  3. Step 3

    Build the variants

Produces alternate subject lines and openers for the first touch, so the campaign starts with a split test rather than a guess.

  4. Step 4

    Check the copy

Reviews for length, one ask per email, spam-trigger patterns and claims that your site does not back up, and flags anything a legal reviewer would question.

  5. Step 5

    Hand off and iterate

You edit, load the sequence into your sending tool and send. Share the results and Sprites revises the weak touches or writes the next segment.

Frequently asked questions

Does this integrate with my email platform?

+

No. Sprites writes the campaign; it does not send email or connect to sequencers. You copy the sequence into the tool your team sends from. That keeps the sending reputation, contact data and unsubscribe handling in the platform built for them.

How does it personalize the emails?

+

At the segment level from web research on how the audience talks about the problem, and at the account level if you name accounts or upload a list, where Sprites writes a one-line opener per account from public information.

How long are the emails it writes?

+

First touches run under 120 words, follow-ups shorter. Each email carries one ask. Longer emails are written only when you ask for them, for example a detailed partnership proposal after a positive reply.

Can it improve a campaign that is already running?

+

Yes. Paste the sequence and the open and reply rates per touch. Sprites keeps the emails that perform, rewrites the ones that do not, and suggests which variable to test next.

Can I run this from Claude or ChatGPT?

+

Yes. Sprites ships an official MCP server, so you can generate and revise the campaign from Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP-compatible assistant, or in the Sprites app.
