What Sprites does for email, and what it leaves to your sender

Sprites is not an email sending platform. It does not manage lists, send campaigns or run automations inside your inbox provider, and it will not pretend to. What it does is the part most teams are actually short on: the strategy and the copy. It reads the material you already have, such as customer reviews, support threads, ad results, product pages and uploaded documents, and turns it into a segment plan, a set of angles per segment and the emails themselves, written in your voice.

Those drafts go into the sender you already use. With HubSpot connected, Sprites can read contact and deal data to shape segments and pull the context a sequence needs. Everything else lands as clean copy you paste or import, so the team keeps one email tool and gains a writer who knows the business.

How it works

Connect your accounts
1

Give Sprites the inputs

Describe the goal: a launch, a monthly newsletter, a welcome series, a win-back. Upload or link the material that matters, such as product docs, past emails that worked, review exports, and connect HubSpot if you use it.

Get insights and suggestions
2

Approve the plan and the angles

Sprites proposes the segments, the angle per segment, the number of emails and the order. For a sequence it maps each email to a job: the reason to open, the proof, the ask. Edit before any copy is written.

Approve or create
3

Take the copy to your sender

Each email arrives with subject line options, preview text, body and call to action, in your tone. Load it into HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or whichever tool you send from. Sprites can keep producing the newsletter on a schedule with an Autopilot.

Copy built from what customers actually say

Generic email AI writes from the prompt. Sprites writes from evidence. Point it at your reviews, a folder of support tickets, the Reddit threads about your category or the ads that are converting, and it pulls the phrases customers use, the objections that block them and the outcomes they brag about. Those become the subject lines, the hooks and the proof in each email, which is why the drafts read like they came from someone who has talked to your customers.

  • Review and Reddit mining for pain points, objections and the words customers use
  • Angles borrowed from your best-performing ads, already tested against real spend
  • Uploaded documents and Google Drive or OneDrive files read directly as source material

Sequences with a job for every email

A welcome series, a trial-to-paid sequence, a post-purchase flow or a win-back campaign each has a shape. Sprites lays out the sequence first, with the purpose of every email and the gap between them, then writes to that plan. You get a series that builds rather than five variations on the same pitch, and you load it into the automation you already have.

Newsletters that ship every week without a blank page

Give Sprites the sources you want covered, such as your blog, product updates, industry news and the questions your sales team hears, and set an Autopilot. Each week it drafts the issue with a lead story, short items and a call to action, in your format. You edit, paste into your sender and go. The same run can produce the social posts and ad hooks from the issue.

Segments shaped by HubSpot data

With HubSpot connected, Sprites reads contact properties, lifecycle stages and deal data to decide which segment gets which angle and to fill in the specifics a sequence needs, such as the product line a contact looked at. It reads; the sending, lists and automation stay in HubSpot or your platform of choice.

Email and paid ads from the same angles

The angle that wins in email usually wins in ads, and Sprites runs the ads too. The hooks it finds for a launch email can become Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok or Reddit campaigns built and optimized by the same agent, with every campaign staged for your approval. One team, one set of messages, every channel.

Prompts you can run today

Each one opens in Sprites with the prompt pre-filled. Upload your material and the agent drafts from it.

Frequently asked questions

Does Sprites send emails?

+

No. Sprites writes the copy and builds the strategy; sending, lists and automation stay in your email platform. Think of it as the writer and strategist next to HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or whatever you already use, not a replacement for it.

What kinds of emails can it write?

+

Newsletters, launch and promotional campaigns, welcome and onboarding sequences, trial-to-paid nurture, post-purchase flows, cart recovery, win-back and re-engagement, plus cold and partner outreach drafts. Each comes with subject line options, preview text and a call to action.

How does it know what to say to each segment?

+

From your data. Sprites mines reviews, support threads, Reddit and your ad results for the pains and proof that move each customer type, and reads HubSpot contact and deal properties when connected. The angles come from evidence, not a generic template.

Will the emails sound like us?

+

Yes, if you give it your voice. Upload brand guidelines or past emails that performed well and Sprites drafts to them, and checks each new draft for consistency in tone and claims before you take it to your sender.

Can I run this from Claude or ChatGPT?

+

Yes. Sprites has an official MCP server, so you can ask Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP-compatible assistant to draft a sequence or newsletter using your connected data, with the same integrations and approval gates as the Sprites app.

Can the same angles run as ads?

+

Yes. Sprites is an ads agent first, so the hooks it finds for an email can become Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok or Reddit campaigns it builds and optimizes for you, staged for approval before anything goes live.
