Ramp's October 2026 AI category data has Attention as the most-purchased vendor in AI-First GTM. 34% of the category's buyers.
Then you look at its ads. 23 live on Meta. One headline on 26 of 27. A Google account that is mostly one sentence. A LinkedIn account where most of the work is done by people who do not work in marketing.
A category winner whose growth is not coming from paid. Or at least, not from paid that anyone is tuning.

Meta: one headline, two refreshes
The headline is the whole account
I counted 27 Meta ads for Attention, 23 of them live. 26 carry the headline "AI for sales teams". The other one, from October 2024, says "AI For Sales, Stop Worrying About Notes".
That is not A/B testing. Testing varies the headline. Here the headline is a constant and only the picture and the first line of body move.
| Launch date | Ads | Status on 13 October 2026 |
|---|---|---|
| 14 Oct 2024 | 1 | Ended 12 May 2026 (575 days) |
| 22 Apr 2025 | 3 | Ended 11-12 May 2026 (about 385 days each) |
| 29 May 2026 | 8 | Live |
| 23 Jun 2026 | 7 | Live |
| 2 Sep 2026 | 6 | Live (carousels) |
| 1 Oct 2026 | 2 | Live |
Median ended ad lived 385 days. Median live ad is 112 days old. Everything running today was launched after 29 May.
So it is not literally set and forget. It is set, forget for a year, then replace the lot in one go. All four old ads were switched off within two days of each other, and the first replacements went live on 29 May.
The body moved. The headline did not
The oldest ad sold the CRM pain: "Focus on Sales, not filling up the CRM", cleaner forecasting data for sales leaders and RevOps. 24 of the 27 bodies now open with "Launch custom AI agents in seconds with access to all your sales touchpoints". Two April 2025 ads sit in between with "AI sales intelligence that simplifies coaching, improves forecasting".
Notes became CRM updates became agents. The positioning travelled across 18 months. The headline stayed where it was.
| Meta format | Ads |
|---|---|
| Single image | 20 |
| Carousel (two cards) | 6 |
| Video | 1 |
All 27 point at attention.com, 23 to the homepage and 3 to the "AI for sales teams" page and 1 to a customer-calls page. No UTM tags on any of them.
LinkedIn: where the effort went
52 ads. 32 video, 11 single image, 5 document ads, 4 message ads. This is the channel Attention actually works.
A vertical play for Medicare sales
This is the only ad in the account written for one buyer. HIPAA-compliant notetaker. Script adherence and compliance monitoring. AI coaching "can 3x your rep to manager ratio". A trade-show booth number, and a row of insurance-agency logos along the bottom.
Everywhere else, Attention talks to "sales teams". Here it talks to the people working a Medicare enrolment floor.
The guides
| Document ad | What it promises |
|---|---|
| Deal-risk guide | 9 pages: the 3 risks to catch on a first call, 3 questions that follow |
| Urgency talk tracks | 10 tracks, 14 pages: scenario, exact words, why it works |
| AE ramp plan | 10 pages; ramp now averages 4.8 months per the Bridge Group, top teams 30 to 60 days |
| GO-GO guide | Goals, Outcomes, Gaps, Options: a question bank per stage |
| CRISP audit | 5-part audit of an AI GTM stack, with leaders from Clay, Zapier, Abridge, Unify and Cargo AI |
None of the five mentions a product feature. They are for the rep and the manager, not the buyer.
The rest of the company-page work is thin. 12 ads say "Learn what Attention can do for you". 10 say "AI For Sales, Stop Worrying About Notes". 4 push the Super Agent: "Turn every signal in your GTM stack into instant insights and automated actions".
The people do the selling
11 of the 52 LinkedIn ads are promoted posts by 9 named people. Two of them lead with Ramp's own category data. A third opens: "My Q2 is on pace to be 14x what I booked in Q3 last year. Not 14%. 14x." Another is a new hire writing that he "walked into Attention last month expecting the same punchline."
Proof in the first person is the one thing a company cannot say in its own headline.
Google: one sentence, still running
I expected this channel to be dead. It is not. 87 search creatives, 85 text and 2 image, all in the US. 28 were served as recently as October 2026.
What they say is nearly one line. 24 of the 87 carry "The first sales platform to use generative AI on the market. Iterating before ChatGPT."
| Google signal | Creatives |
|---|---|
| "Iterating before ChatGPT" line | 24 |
| "Sales teams are switching to Attention" | 7 |
| Sent to a switch-to lander | 7 |
| "40% Win Rate Improvement" sitelink | 4 |
| Destination is the homepage | 48 |
Where first-shown dates are recorded, they run from 27 November 2024 to 28 March 2025. Eight creatives. The other 79 carry no start date, so the account is older than anyone can date it from outside.
The switch-to pages sit on with.attention.com, a separate subdomain built for people already comparing tools. That is the Google account doing one job: catching someone who is already looking.
What actually makes this work
Nothing here looks like a growth engine. One headline. A year between refreshes. Homepage destinations with no tracking tags.
It works because the buying decision is not made in the ad. By the time a sales leader sees "AI for sales teams" on Meta they have already heard of Attention from a peer, a rep's post or Ramp's own ranking. The ad confirms the name. Google catches the person comparing tools. LinkedIn hands the rep a guide.
If I were copying anything, I would copy the people posts. 11 ads, 9 names, no brand voice. Those are the ones Attention cannot write for itself.
Break down your own market
Everything above is public ad activity. Sprites' ads library shows it for any advertiser, and creative analytics does it for your own account. Next to this: Viktor, Wispr Flow and Granola. Or start with your own.
