Fiverr UGC creators
Fiverr is a gig marketplace, and UGC creators sell videos there the same way designers sell logos. You can hire quickly. You have to read the gig for usage rights, because the platform is not built around ad licensing.

Why brands end up here
About 880 US searches a month are for Fiverr UGC creators. The draw is speed and a public price on the gig. The risk is a gig written for “a video,” with organic social assumed and paid usage never mentioned.
Creators set their own prices. This page does not invent a going rate. If the gig does not state paid usage, you do not have it.
Put the ad brief in the order
The one claim, the words they must not say, the product, the deadline, 9:16, captions. A one-line “make me a UGC” produces a one-line video.
What that video should contain is on UGC videos. What you are buying in the category is on what UGC ads are.
When to leave Fiverr
When you need a bench of creators, contracts, and usage that a brand lawyer can read. Billo, Insense, JoinBrands, and Collabstr are built for that repeat, and they are compared on creator marketplaces.
Upwork is the other generalist freelance site, with a different hiring motion, on Upwork UGC creators.
Questions
Are Fiverr UGC creators legitimate?
The marketplace is. The gig is whatever that seller wrote. Read usage, look at ad samples, and keep the agreement in the order so it is on the record.
Do I own the video?
You own what the gig says you own. “Delivery of an MP4” is not “paid usage in perpetuity on Meta.” Ask for the sentence you need.
Can I whitelist a Fiverr creator?
Only if they agree and know how to approve a partnership or a Spark code. Many gig creators have never done it. Budget a no.
