What Sprites does with your documents

A summary of a 60-page report is only useful if someone then acts on it. Sprites reads the PDF, the spreadsheet or the deck and skips straight to the action: the survey becomes a list of audience pain points in the customers' own words, the competitor pitch deck becomes a positioning gap to attack, the ad export becomes a wasted-spend finding, and the product catalog becomes a set of campaigns.

Files come from uploads, Google Drive or OneDrive, and the output lands where marketing work happens: a brief, ad copy per channel, a keyword list, or a campaign staged in your ad account for approval. It is document analysis run by the same agent that runs your ads and SEO, so the reading and the doing are one step.

How it works

Connect your accounts
1

Share the document

Upload a PDF, spreadsheet, Word document or CSV, or point Sprites at a file in Google Drive or OneDrive. Spreadsheets are read tab by tab, so a workbook of monthly results comes in with its structure intact.

Get insights and suggestions
2

Say what you need from it

Ask for the marketing output, not a summary: pain points and quotes, a positioning comparison, a campaign brief, keyword ideas, ad angles, or a table of the numbers that matter. Sprites reads the whole document and answers with evidence pulled from it.

Approve or create
3

Turn it into work

Take the output further in the same thread: write the ads, build the campaign, draft the article. Anything that touches an ad account or a CMS is staged for your approval first.

Documents in, marketing out

The most common inputs and what Sprites makes from them.

DocumentWhat Sprites doesWhat you get
Research report or surveyExtracts findings, pain points, objections and the language respondents use, with page references.Audience insights and ad angles backed by quotes.
Competitor deck or brochureMaps claims, pricing signals, target segments and proof, then compares them with your own positioning.A positioning gap analysis and the messaging to fill it.
Ad platform exportReads campaign, ad group, keyword or ad-level rows from a spreadsheet and analyzes them like a connected account.Wasted spend, winners and the changes to make.
Product catalog or price listReads products, categories, prices and attributes and groups them into campaign and ad group structures.Campaigns and ad copy per category, staged for approval.

What it reads and where files come from

Sprites reads PDFs, Word documents, spreadsheets in Excel, Numbers and CSV formats, and Google Docs and Sheets shared from Drive. OneDrive files come through the same connection pattern. Multi-tab spreadsheets are ingested per tab, so you can ask about "the Q2 tab" or filter rows the way you would in a sheet. Large documents are read in full rather than sampled, and answers cite where in the document the evidence came from.

Research reports into briefs and audience insights

Give Sprites a customer survey, an industry report or a set of interview notes and ask it for the marketing brief. It pulls out the segments, the top pain points ranked by how often they appear, the objections, and the exact phrases respondents used, which become headline material. From there it can write the ad angles, the landing page copy and the article, each traceable back to the finding that justified it.

  • Pain points and objections with representative quotes
  • Segment differences the report supports, not ones it hints at
  • Angles ranked by evidence, ready for the ad copy generator

Competitor decks into positioning

Sales decks, brochures and pricing PDFs are the clearest statement of how a competitor wants to be seen. Sprites reads them for the claims they make, the segments they name, the proof they cite and the prices they hint at, and lays them against your own positioning. The output is a gap analysis: what they own, what nobody owns, and the messaging that would claim it. Combine it with the Ads Library and you have their strategy on paper and in market at once.

Spreadsheets into campaigns and findings

Export a search terms report, a keyword list or a product catalog and Sprites treats it as data, not prose. It can find wasted spend in an ad export the way it would in a connected account, propose keyword groupings from a research sheet, or read a product catalog and build a Search or Performance Max campaign per category with ad copy per product line. Campaign builds are staged in Google Ads or Meta for approval; nothing launches from a spreadsheet without your say-so.

Frequently asked questions

What file types can Sprites analyze?

+

PDFs, Word documents, Excel, Numbers and CSV spreadsheets, and Google Docs and Sheets, uploaded directly or linked from Google Drive or OneDrive. Spreadsheets are read tab by tab so their structure survives. Images inside documents are read where the file makes them available as text or captions.

How is this different from asking ChatGPT to summarize a PDF?

+

Sprites is built for the step after the summary. It turns the document into marketing outputs, briefs, angles, keyword lists and campaigns, and can act on them in your connected ad accounts and CMS with your approval. A general assistant stops at the text; Sprites has the integrations to do the work.

Can it combine a document with my ad account data?

+

Yes. Ask it to compare a competitor deck with your current Meta ads, or to use a product catalog to build Google Ads campaigns, and it reads both the file and the connected account in the same run. Changes to an account are always staged for your approval.

Does it cite where findings came from?

+

Yes. Answers reference the page, section or spreadsheet tab the evidence came from, and pull direct quotes when you ask for them, so you can check a claim before it ends up in an ad. If a document does not support a conclusion, Sprites says so instead of filling the gap.

Can I analyze documents from Claude or ChatGPT?

+

Yes. Sprites ships an official MCP server, so you can ask Claude, ChatGPT, Grok or any MCP-compatible assistant to read a file from your connected Google Drive or OneDrive and turn it into briefs, ads or campaigns, with the same approval gates as the Sprites app.

Can this replace the research a strategist or agency does?

+

For the reading and synthesis, yes; that is what customers use it for. Survey analysis, competitor reviews and report digests that an agency bills days for come back in minutes, with the evidence attached, and flow straight into ads and content. Your team decides what to do with the findings and approves what runs.
