What this Amazon ad library is
Amazon publishes no ad library, so these 548 ads from 461 brands were captured from live Amazon search results: Sponsored Brands headline ads, lifestyle creative and Sponsored Brands Video, each with the search query it appeared against, the headline, the call to action and the brand's own creative.
Amazon advertising is the only major channel where the ad sits inside the shop rather than beside it, and it shows in the creative. A Sponsored Brands unit has about one line to make a case to someone who is already mid-purchase, with the competing products visible on the same screen. The headlines that work are specific and comparative; the ones that read like brand advertising are wasted.
Two units dominate this set and they are different products. The classic Sponsored Brands headline ad is a logo, a line of copy and three featured ASINs — a merchandising decision as much as a creative one, because those three products are the whole offer. The custom lifestyle creative replaces all of it with a single 1200 × 628 photograph, which buys attention but gives up the product tiles.
The headline is capped at fifty characters, and reading a hundred of them in a column is the fastest available lesson in compression. The strong ones name the category and the differentiator and stop. The weak ones spend a third of the budget on the brand name, which is already in the logo two inches to the left.
Sponsored Brands Video is the format most brands under-use. It autoplays muted in the middle of search results, it is the only moving thing on the page, and the ones here that work are product demonstrations with no talking — the use, in sequence, in under fifteen seconds.
Every card names the search query its ad appeared against, which is the closest thing to keyword disclosure any platform on this site offers. It is an observation, not a keyword list: it means the ad served for that query on that read, not that the advertiser bid on it exactly.

Where these ads come from
Amazon is the one major ad platform with no public ad library and no Digital Services Act repository — amazon.com/adprefs/ads-transparency is a personal preferences panel, not a record of who is advertising. So these were read from live Amazon search results across sixteen retail categories, and each card names the search query the ad appeared against. Sponsored Products ads are deliberately absent: their markup carries a product tile and no advertiser name, and naming a brand there would mean guessing.
- Every creative is a copy, not a hotlink. All 548 creatives were downloaded, checked against their own magic bytes and copied to our CDN before this page shipped. A creative that could not be copied was dropped rather than published as a tile that would go blank when the platform expired its URL.
- No spend, impressions or conversions.Amazon publishes none of them for commercial advertising, and nothing on this page estimates them. A field absent on a card means the source did not publish it.
- Each card links to the page it came from. The creative viewer names the source for every ad, so any claim on this page can be checked against the record it was read from.
- Read on one date. This library was read on September 15, 2026. It is a snapshot of what Amazon published that day, not a live feed.
Frequently asked questions
Does Amazon have an ads library?
No. Amazon publishes no advertiser transparency library and no EU Digital Services Act ad repository for Amazon Ads. The page at amazon.com/adprefs/ads-transparency is a signed-in personal advertising-preferences panel, not a record of running ads. That is why these ads were read from live search results instead.
Why are there no Sponsored Products ads here?
Sponsored Products units appear on the same search pages, but their markup carries a product tile with no advertiser name attached. Recording one would mean guessing which brand paid for it, so they are excluded rather than padded.
What are the Amazon ad formats?
Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands (headline and custom creative), Sponsored Brands Video, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP for off-Amazon inventory. What this page holds is Sponsored Brands in its three creative shapes, which are the units that name an advertiser.
Do I need a seller account to advertise on Amazon?
For Sponsored Products, a Seller Central or Vendor Central account. For Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display, that plus Amazon Brand Registry. Brands that sell nothing on Amazon can still buy inventory through Amazon DSP.
What size is an Amazon Sponsored Brands ad?
The custom lifestyle creative is 1200 × 628. The brand logo is at least 400 × 400. The headline is capped at 50 characters. All three are visible in the creatives on this page.
Do I need an account to browse this?
No Amazon account and no Sprites account. The first rows are open; one email address opens the rest.
