What this Reddit ad library is

369 Reddit ads from 177 brands, each one a creative Reddit itself published in an advertiser case study. Every card carries the headline as it ran, the posting u/ handle where the unit showed one, the call-to-action button and the display domain. Reddit's own Ads Inspiration Library requires an advertiser login; this does not.

Reddit advertising is the one major social channel where the ad has to survive a comment section. A promoted post carries the same upvote arrows, the same comment count and the same reply thread as an organic one, and the audience treats it exactly as it treats any other post — which means the ads that work read like something a person would post, not like something a brand bought.

Read down this wall and the pattern is immediate: the creative is quieter than on Meta or TikTok. Less type on the image, no burned-in captions, no bright offer stripe. The headline does the work, and the strongest ones are written in the register of the subreddit they ran in. A gaming brand posts like a player; a finance brand explains rather than promises.

The u/ handle matters more here than a brand name does anywhere else. Reddit shows the advertiser as an account, and an account with karma, a post history and a habit of replying reads differently from a handle that appears once with a paid post behind it. Where the creative showed a handle it is on the card.

The formats that appear are the ones Reddit actually sells: single image, video with the mute affordance, carousel with the page dots, and the plain text post that looks like nothing but a title and a link. The text ad is the format most advertisers skip and the one that is most native to the platform.

What this set cannot tell you is what any of it cost or converted. Reddit publishes no impressions, no spend and no run dates for commercial ads anywhere public. Where a case study stated a result, that claim is Reddit’s and belongs to the case study, not to the creative on the card.

Advertisers running Reddit ads

Gamestop · Hootsuite · TurboTax · New Balance · Back Market · Polestar · Bird & Blend · Levi's · Yes, Milady! · WITHIN · Tushbaby · ZDF · UK Department for Transport · Truebill · Tiger Brokers · MeUndies · Purple · Liquid I.V. · Mitsubishi Motors Canada · Mitsubishi · Lucozade · Princess Auto · Medik8 · MSC Industrial Supply

Where these ads come from

Every ad here comes from Reddit’s own advertiser case studies on business.reddit.com, where Reddit publishes the creative a brand actually ran. Reddit’s Ads Inspiration Library at ads.reddit.com sits behind an advertiser login and Reddit is not a designated VLOP, so there is no EU transparency repository to read either. That makes these case studies the only public record of Reddit creative, and it biases the set: these are campaigns Reddit chose to showcase, which skews toward larger brands and successful runs.

  • Every creative is a copy, not a hotlink. All 369 creatives were downloaded, checked against their own magic bytes and copied to our CDN before this page shipped. A creative that could not be copied was dropped rather than published as a tile that would go blank when the platform expired its URL.
  • No spend, impressions or conversions.Reddit publishes none of them for commercial advertising, and nothing on this page estimates them. A field absent on a card means the source did not publish it.
  • Each card links to the page it came from. The creative viewer names the source for every ad, so any claim on this page can be checked against the record it was read from.
  • Read on one date. This library was read on September 15, 2026. It is a snapshot of what Reddit published that day, not a live feed.

Frequently asked questions

Does Reddit have an official ads library?

Reddit runs an Ads Inspiration Library at ads.reddit.com/inspiration, but it redirects to a login and is only reachable by advertisers with an account. Reddit is not a designated Very Large Online Platform under the EU Digital Services Act either, so it publishes no transparency repository. Reddit’s advertiser case studies are the public record, and they are what this page reads.

Are these real Reddit ads?

Yes. Each creative was published by Reddit itself in a case study for the advertiser named on the card, and each card links back to the case study it came from. Nothing here is a mockup or a recreation.

Why is there no spend or performance data?

Reddit publishes none for commercial advertising. Where a case study quoted a result, that is Reddit’s claim about a campaign, not a number this page can verify from the creative, so it is not shown as one.

Can I see which subreddit an ad ran in?

Only where the creative or the case study said so. Reddit’s ad targeting includes subreddit, interest, keyword and community lists, but none of that is published with a creative, so an absent placement means it was not disclosed.

Are Reddit ads worth running?

They are cheap relative to Meta and LinkedIn and unusually good at reaching people in a considered, research-minded state — which is why so many of the brands here are in gaming, finance, software and durable consumer goods. They punish generic creative harder than any other channel, because the comment section says so out loud.

Do I need an account to browse this?

No Reddit account and no Sprites account. The first rows are open to anyone; one email address opens the rest.
