Why does a Meta product not connect to Meta Ads Manager?
Muse is a personal agent, launched for inbox, calendar, shopping and bookings, and Meta keeps it apart from advertising on purpose: conversations with Muse are not shared with the ad systems. Businesses have a separate product, Meta Business Agent, which answers customers on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram. Neither of the two runs a campaign for an advertiser.
What is the difference between Muse, Muse Spark and Muse Image?
Muse is the agent you talk to. Muse Spark is the model family underneath it, and also powers some ad tooling. Muse Image is an image model that generates ad creative inside Advantage+ in Ads Manager. Searching “Muse ads” returns all three, and only Muse Image has anything to do with running an ad today.
What can Muse do with a Meta ad account through Sprites?
Read performance at the level of the individual ad — spend, frequency, CTR, CPA — and find the creative that is fatiguing, the ad set whose CPA doubled, or the audience overlapping another. Changes come back as proposals: pause an ad, move budget, launch replacement creative. New campaigns start paused, and nothing applies until you approve it.
Can Muse post to Instagram or Facebook for a brand?
Not through Meta’s built-in connectors, which read saved content and context rather than publish. Organic posting from Muse needs a custom connector to a scheduling service. Sprites plans and drafts organic social alongside the paid side, with each post held for approval, but the paid account is where Muse has no route of its own.
Does Muse see what competitors are running on Meta?
Muse can browse the public Meta Ad Library with its own browser, one page at a time. Through Sprites the same question returns the longest-running competitor ads in your category, with the creative itself, because Sprites reads the library continuously rather than scrolling it on request.

- Early testers report that an OAuth sign-in takes more back-and-forth in Muse than a static API key does. Sprites signs in with OAuth, and we are testing that handoff now.
Common questions
Is there a Muse connector for Meta Business Suite?
No. The Meta connectors in the directory are Facebook, Instagram, Threads, Messenger, message inboxes and Meta Catalog. Business Suite and Ads Manager are absent, and no listed developer connector adds them yet.
Will Meta add an Ads Manager connector to Muse?
Meta has not announced one. The connector platform opened to developers in September 2026 and anything listed there passes Meta’s review; until an ad connector appears, a custom connector is the only route to a campaign.
Does Muse use my Meta ad data to target me?
Meta says Muse conversations are not shared with its advertising systems. Training on conversations is on by default and can be switched off under data controls, which is worth doing before discussing client accounts.
Can Muse manage Meta ads for several clients?
Muse has no team accounts or business tier, so each person connects their own. Through Sprites, every ad account connected to the workspace is reachable, and approvals stay with whoever holds the grant.
